Role description: Led the development of a 3-year Purchasing Business Plan for a leading beverage client. This covered category strategies for raw materials, packaging, and indirect spend as well as operating model improvements on a global scale.
Value delivered: Identified over €80 million TCO reduction plus additional innovation, sustainability, risk management, and organisational efficiency benefits, all captured in plans and approved by company leadership. -
Role description: Led a procurement maturity assessment and opportunity identification project for a global provider of Print Media, Pay-TV, and E-Commerce, covering goods for resale and indirect spend.
Value delivered: Provided transparency on global spend and improvement opportunities. Delivered recommendations to further profesionalise the procurement function and developed a high-level plan to capture potential savings exceeding €100 million.
